Question about Toshiba E-Studio 203SD Digital Copier
Hi, the copier at work was working fine copying at paper size 8,5 x 16.- However earlier today it sticks to 8,5 x 14 for some reason, there is no 8,5 x 16 paper size on the settings menu.- Not to mention that every time that i make a copy a message pops on the screen that says: "Insert 8,5 x 14 paper Tray 1" which is annoying as heck.- Anyone know how to custom set the paper size to 8,5 x 16? thanks in advance.-

SOURCE: wrong count
FYI, if copy 1 side of A4, then is count as 1. If both sides, count as 2.
If copy 1 side of A3, then is count as 2. If both sides, count as 4.
That's the default settings on the MFP.
If u want to be copy 1 side of A3 and count as 1, u need to adjust the setting mode.
Press 08 and ON MFP, Enter 346, change "1" to "0".

SOURCE: Toshiba 281C Bypass tray
Problem isn't "solved", but have realized that the issue is related to the fact that the document I am trying to print is formatted for envelopes. When I print a regular word document (letter) it prints fine to the Bypass tray. It must have something to do with the fact that the document is 1000 envelopes. If I print to a PDF file, then print the document to the Bypass Tray I don't seem to have a problem.

originals are what you scan using this copier, if you are printing on to 9 X 15.5 paper you must set the drawer (or bypass) size using the user function button then selecting drawer on the touch screen, I believe you will have to input it as a custom size but it should show X,Y coordinates on the screen to assist you in this. let me know if this helps or I can assist you further.

Once u setup the drawer paper size, make sure u tick the update automatically on the printer driver properties. Otherwise the printer driver wouldn't detect the correct paper size.

Testimonial: "Thanks, the only problem is I'm not sure where I would update the driver properties at. Copier is password protected."
