Chose the proper windows version and driver.

For installing OS you have to use VIA RAID driver (VT8237R). Boot from OS CD press F9 while it prompted for third party driver and insert floppy disk that having RAID driver.

this is a realtek HD driver ...but I suspect that you use an onboard intel sound card...and I will put another link here for you ..just in case...if what I just wrote ..it sounds any bells please use the second one ...
