Question about Dryers
Just installed Casablanca's Isottope fan with SEPARATE #99019 remotes in two Bedrooms which are next to ONE other. When you use the # 99019 remote in one Bedroom, it effects the fan/light in the second Bedroom. How can I program the remoteS TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY OF EACH OTHER?

Program it to match the receiver's programming in the fan body:
In both the remote (transmitter) and receiver in the fan is a small (about half inch square) DIP switch (Dual In-line Package switch) that has four small sliding switches on it. The pattern of the switch positions must be the same on the transmitter's switch as the receiver's switch for the remote to work (it puts them on the same frequency). There should be an instruction booklet that comes with the remote telling you where exactly the transmit and receive DIP switches are

SOURCE: My home is pre wired for a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. There are two light switches that control the pre installed wires. One for the light on the fan and one for the fan. There are four wires
The usual wiruing for these fan/light circuits is that the black wire on one switch is for the fan and the red on the other switch is for the light. If you are using a remote set up for both fan and light, then hook the remote wires to the black and white wires in the ceiling, You can cap off the red wire in the ceiling as this will not be used.
