Hi, someone had the same problem with a two year old Zepplin. Email (email@example.com) Zepplin with a proof of purchase and they will fix it for free and return in a matter of days. Best customer service experience I've had for a long time. The work order that came with the repaired unit indicated: "replaced PSU with modified PSU. Updated software to V2.1" It now works better than when it was new.

the rumbling would relate to component failure, and when the red light flashes the power board failure has kicked in, these are known problems with current models in all but the very latest, there are twoboards which tend to be replaces, so just contact retailer or b and w and they should fix it with no bother.
