SOURCE: Bath tub spa will not shut off

If you haven't done this already. I would search your breaker panel for a circut breaker titled jacuzzi tub (or something to that effect), and if it is not listed I would get someone to monitor when the tub shuts off, while you flip each breaker off, one at a time so as to determine which breaker it is and then immediately title it.
Next, an access panel to the tubs motor should be installed. After access is gained, inspect the pumps receptacle and if it is not GFIC protected I would return to the breaker panel, it may have a GFIC breaker. If neither are the case, then have this issue repaired
The button on your jacuzzi is air actuated with a flexible air line that connects to the actual switch, it may have broken or however became disconnected.

Any questions, feel free... Good luck...

SOURCE: sound doesn't work on television

Sounds like there was a power surge that caused the audio processor in the TV to go out. This is fixed by replacing the main board.

The power supply board in the TV should also be checked as that could have been damaged as well. These are usually the first to go out from a power surge. Get a good surge protector to help prevent this in the future.

SOURCE: pump was working fine yesterday popped the breaker

Hi Mohn,

Don't know your geographic location, but where I am we've been in the single digit temperatures for three days. Everything that can freeze has frozen.

If you are in a similar area, even though the water in the spa (I'm assuming the spa pump is being used on a spa) is heated, the pump housing isn't. If it iced up, it could very well cause the problems you describe.

Comment back with some more detail before I continue down what might be the wrong path.

Best regards

starter motor solenoid problem by the sounds of it, check the connections are clean and secure, give it a tap with a soft head mallet or hammer handle. If it doesn't spring back into life it will need replacing.

On jacuzzi, circuit breaker trips when turned on. What could be the problem?

Is it simply a circuit breaker, or a safety switch as well?

If just a circuit breaker, something is causing a too-high electric current flow. If a safety switch, there is a fault to ground somewhere in the jacuzzi.

Either way I would not get in it or turn it on until an electrician has checked it over. With any device where you sit in the water, you need to have high confidence there are no electrical faults waiting to zap you. I'd call a jacuzzi outlet and ask them for the name of a knowledgable sparkie.

That's about the best we can tell you at this range.

2003 yukon xl turns over fine wont start.

Someone will need to figure out if you are lacking fuel to the injectors or spark to the plugs to proceed.
You say the pump is fine, have you checked the fuel pressure, and do you know if the injectors are getting voltage and ground pulse from the computer ?

Battery is new, engine won't turn over.

The voltmeter should only go as high as 14-15 volts when the engine is running. I would check for a poor connection between the battery and starter.

I have a Jacuzzi Z 145 spa. I was constantly getting an FL error. Purchased a new switch, put it on and when I turn the spa on I immediately get a circuit blow. What could be causing this problem?

Its possible your heater has a ground fault. If the old pressure sw was giving the FL code the system would not send power to the heater. Now with the new sw working power is being sent to the heater.
