There are two things to look at. Alignment and/or Brake caliper on that side. Not knowing condition of brakes I cannot narrow down the opportunity without more information.

Turn right, pulls right, turn left, pulls right

Check your power steering fluid. If that's ok, you may be looking at having to have the power steering replaced.

My 2000 jetta pulls to the right under hard acceleration but drive strait at speed

If it is PULLING to the right, is it STEERING or TORQUE that is pulling it?

What I mean is this... If ONLY your Right Front Wheel is pulling with the Acceleration and the LEFT is not,m you will have a Torque Pull,

You may have a problem with your
a. Left CV Axle
b. Transaxle Internal Failure

I replaced the driver side wheel hub and now it pulls to the right and seems to float. Do both sides turn on a front wheel drive

Yes they do and they work independantly of each other. Each wheel has it's own axle and hub coming from the transmission mounted underneath the motor. If the car is pulling to the right you need to check the brakes and make sure they are not grabbing. Front wheels usually have disc brakes and the calipers tend to bind up and grab over time, this will cause the car to pull to the right. You might also have an alignment issue and that can cuase the car to pull, even a low tire will cause this. The floating issue is probably due to a worn strut and it is not doing its job as a shock absorber. When your replaced the hub did you also replace the axle? The axles must also match up to each other. The car could also be pulling to the right because you replaced the left hub and it now is turning with less friction than the right. You should go ahead and replace the right and check the brakes for any grabbing or worn rotor. Once this is done get an alignment and this should resolve the pulling issue.

2008 Mazda Cx 7 Grand Tour: Tires rotated, basic 4 wheel allignment, car still pulled to right. 2nd visit 4 wheel allignment they reversed the strut mount to enhance adjustment, still pulls to the right....

I have a 2007 CX-7 and my vehicle did the same thing. There is a Technical Service Bulletin on the the problem that explains how to correct the pull. It basically states that the technician has to rotate the position of the strut mount on the left side 180 degrees to the right which should lower the left side caster angle. Any good alignment shop will know that the right side caster angle should be .5 degrees higher on the right to compensate for the crown of the roadway. For example my readings were 3.2 on the left and 2.8 on the right. This is reversed and is why my car pulled to the right. After the strut mount was rotated my reading were 2.4 on the left and 2.8 on the right. That all but eliminated the pull. Verify your caster readings on the alignment printout. If this was already done then there isnt much more that can be corrected. Mine still has a slight drift to the right.

Steering wheel wobble between 5-30 mph. and again at over 50mph

possibly bad brake hose or twisted/kinked causing pull. wobble may be bad/worn axle shaft on right side.some right axles are 2 or3 piece design.carrier support bolts maybe missing but more likely joint is worn. look for boots that have split or cracked&leaked grease.
