Not sure exactly what you mean, but if there is no movement I'm thinking your digitizer (or touchscreen) might have died.

set up a google account in the phone, go playstore and downloadall teh android apps u need, you can even download playstore onto your laptopif you dont have it and install it with your desktop software for teh phone
