Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Tivoli Audio Music System: CD wont eject

We've had the Tivoli Music System for 3 years. A CD became stuck in the player when I pressed the EJECT button before turning the player on. We tried turning it off and back on, unplugging it for a minute, removing the batteries and unplugging, etc. Nothing worked. I finally turned the player upside down in my lap, then turned on the CD player, and it said LOADING! Progress!!! I turned it right-side up and hit EJECT, and it worked like new. The CD loading mechanism had become bound up and simply needed a different "attitude" adjustment. Don't give up too early in attempting to fix these players on your own.

the only thing you can do is find the application with associated with the file and reinstall it or remove it

if not try sysytem restore to when it was running good off the system tools menu,

or reininstall windows back to factory specs

Down loas music

This is an "Mp3-CD player," which is not the same as an "Mp3 player." This device will only play mp3 songs that are recorded onto a CD in audio format. It will not take songs from iTunes, etc. By the way, iTunes songs are AAC format, rather than Mp3 format, so you can't just burn iTunes songs onto a CD and expect it to work with this player either. Sorry.

Down load pics

you must download the animations from the JVC website or use their PiCT application to create your own
get a blank cd-r, and just burn a normal data cd with the files on it (i think they are .flv files? not sure)
when you put the cd in the reciever, go to the menu > PiCT > download movies/pictures
hope this helps :)
