Question about Dishwashers
Hi, I have a Fujitsu Inverter AR-RY3. when using it in summer the cooling works fine. however, now we are trying to use the heating option and it is not working. I press 'start', push master control button to 'heat', fan to 'high' and have set temperature, at multiple different temperatures, and no heat comes out. the fan opens and a green/yellow light flashes but that's it. please help! thankyou
Should have an heating element inside...that one I think is broken or can be also the thermostat..

SOURCE: Kenmore Quiet Guard 2 keypad
Sounds like the electronic controls (smart card) are acting up. Try shutting off the power at your fuse box or shut off the circuit breaker for 1 minute them turn the power on again. This fix quite often works on electronic appliances.

SOURCE: Won't run - normal light flashes
You may try removing power to D/W for a minute and reconecting. likely cause though is keypad (console). If a light above a pad stays on the pad is likely closed all the time. Normal is probably cycle most often used. you can test the keypad by removing power to D/W and accessing the control panel. remove conncter P-1 and using an ohmeter test resistance between 13 and 4 on the connecter coming from keypad. yes without very small clips or 4 steady hands it is a little tricky. in the field we use a breakout board. if you get any reading when not pushed pad is bad. you may find a manual inside the kickplate which explains the keypad sequence. it may be control but more likely keypad, even if test is inconclusive.

please find your service and repair manual above, use this in conjunction with the website provided and troubleshoot and isolate your issue with a view to a repair.
this website below will show you how to troubleshoot and repair this unit.
Most likely you have a switch, or a sensor issue. Now, if the soap tray doesn't open, you may have a solenoid problem, or the circuit that drives it, they all may be interconnected, if so, this usually points the the controller. Many problem are with the actual control panel, but first one must eliminate one by one the possible sources of the problem, sensors, switches, circuit boards etc.
