I don't what's wrong with my YP-T9. It does not turned on at all. So I charge it overnight by connecting to my computer via usb. It's still wouldn't turn on when I tried the next morning.
I have tried resetting it by pressing the menu and record keys simultaneously as suggested by other people's posts on your web site. It wouldn't work.
While connecting to the computer, I can still see the directories with the musice files. Somehow, it would not turn on. Can anyone help please? I don't what's wrong with my YP-T9. Yep I have the exact same problem. After the reset I connected it to my computer and could also see my file structure. However when disconnected it still wouldn't move past the "samsung loading screen".
I solved the problem by doing a clean format on it via the PC. It's annoying because you lose everything on it but at least its working again :)

You can't post conmments that contain an email address.
Try to reset the device.. just press and hold the MENU button and the A/B button at the same time hold it for about 5 seconds until the device turned off.
Hopes this helps.
