Question about Schwinn 13-SC906A Free Wheeler - Red/Black Jogger Stroller
We bought a used red and black freewheeler double jogging stroller off craigslist for $35. It only has a strap that you have to tie up around the handle bar to keep it from staying parked. it works great then. You can press down on the foot brake at the bottom to stop it. But, when you lift up on the foot brake to get and keep it moving it won't stay up unless this "tether type hand brake strap is held on to or tied up. Is there any way to fix the brake so it stays released without the strap being held on to?

There have been countless accidents where unattended strollers have run away causing ***** to the child
the idea that you have is to prevent that from happening if you fail to apply the wheel brake
to do anything to prevent ti from working as designed will result in legal charges being place on you in the event of a accident involving injury to the child
it is not intended as an incinvience to you but to ensure the child's safety when you are inattentive
