Question about ZTE Cell Phones
I have the ZTE Avid 4G and it goes to the Androd screen then shuts back off, what can I do to fix this problem?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I know you think that T-Mobile customer care may be stupid, but there is a process when you call and they will get you to a Sidekick specific department that uses a troubleshooting flow to determine if the problem is fixable or if your phone just simply needs to be replaced. Your phone has a 1 year warranty from the day you bought it and just in case it is extremely helpful to have the insurance added. It is not fun having to shell out another $350.00 to replace something that you just bought if the warranty does not cover whatever the problem may be. The deductible for a Sidekick is only $130.00 to replace.

A white screen is generall a connection problem between the mother board of the phone and the LCD or the screen of the phone. This is a problem i see fairly often as a repair man at a cell phone store. Depending on the model the repair could cost anywhere from fifteen to fifty dollars depending on the model. If you wanted to do it yourself at home you can order most parts off a wholesaling web site for fairly cheap. If you have any questions please send me an email at email@example.com or gimme a call at The Cell Phone Guy in Sioux Falls SD 605-335-0411

I just had the same thing happen with this phone. I had it sent in to be fixed. I was a bit upset when the store clerk tried to tell me that I had dropped my phone !! I am a bit upset also to see that even though you had it fixed it is recurring !

Hi there, i would suggest to refer to your wireless carrier, what you would need to do is Reload the Operating System (OS).... to do this you will need to make sure you have installed the Blackberry Desktop Manager to your computer, if your device will stay on long enough try to back up the device to BDM then follow your carrier steps to obtain the software and install it to the device
Hope This Helps!

SOURCE: My HTC HD 7 phone
I finally had to have them replace the unit. If doing a factory reset does not help, then I would have them replace it. Mine started rebooting infrequently, but then started doing it more often. They didn't waist any time getting my replacement out.
Please make sure you back up all your contacts/email before proceeding. I use Google on my phone through the Outlook option. Google/Outlook syncs all my mail, contacts, and calendar.
RESET: Software: SETTINGS > ABOUT > RESET YOUR PHONE
Hardware: 1) Turn off phone 2) While holding down both the Up/Down Volume buttons, turn unit on 3) Keep holding down the volume buttons until white screen appears 4) Press the Down Volume button to reset to factory defaults. 5) Restart phone
