Hello, it sounds like your motor has seized up have you tried turning the motor by hand to see if you can free it up, has it sat for a long time with being ran ? or has it sat in humid weather causing rust or dirt to build up on the motor ?

It does move freely and like I said the windings look good but that does not mean anything. It looks clean inside. This compressor was stored in a shack and was used often. I had it for 3 years and rean great until this happened. I am guessing there is a bad winding, I can not see or one of the two caps
Well I gave the motor an ohm check and failed. So now I have to replace the motor. Thanks for the help fellas, keep up the good workd
I now I took so long to reply, however finding someone who owns a
high ohm meter is hard to find. Thanks
By the way, finding a motor for my compressor is pricey as well.
