Question about JNC Computers SSF-310 MP3 Player
IT IS REALLY SLOW WHEN PLAYING SONGS AND THIS IS FREAKING ME OUT!PLEASE HELP
Hi stanely, if you still got that problem of your mp3 player playing at snales pace, the solution is to reload the Firmware software on you mp3 player.
That is found on the CD that came with your mp3 player. If JNC makes standard CDs then, it should be in a FW folder on the root of your CD and has a funny long name to it, like "MU-328QZ-2091N-V3.2-JNC-NOFM-071006.bin". You have to load this on your MP3 player using the upgrade software thats on the CD as well. Below are the steps of how to go about it...
You can first format the mp3 player, there is a tool that comes with the software that formats the mp3 player, but you can use windows to format the player as well.
1. Install the MP3 Player Utilities software thats on the CD
2. It should have a MP3 Player Upgrade
3. Use the upgrade tool from step 2 to load the Firmware file
4. Run the download/installation
5. Load your songs
If you still got problems, keep, the posts coming, il be glad to help ya.
