Hp photosmart R727 reset problem

when i turn the camera power on it gives a crimson color screen and says for just one second:

Camera has experienced an error

000000018-4489-957-000

please reset your camera

I don't know how to reset the camera. Can you tell me how?
Thanks so much.
Dave I have the same problem but it doesn't stay on long enough for me to get the number.

The reset button is located next to the battery release tap. Here is a picture (sorry for the lousy quality, it was taken with a ten dollar web cam.)
