Question about Haier AHD50 Dehumidifier
Unit stopped working. Plugged in but will not work. Tried to remove control panel to access a fuse or whatever, but could not get it off.
Try plugging it into a known live outlet. if this still doesn't work, you need to get inside it. find the enthalpy control - humidity control and see if it turns. a contact inside may stay open preventing the fan and compressor from turning on. check your on-off switch if there is one. to remove the case look in back for hex head screws or on the bottom of the unit
