Question about SanDisk SDCZ52-032G-A11 32GB Cruzer Switch USB 2.0 Flash Drive SDCZ52-032G-A11
I was deleting files on my computer and accidentally deleted all of the pre-installed sandisk usb ones for it to run; e.g club_sandisk. I managed to find them online and re-install them but it now says: "Please insert the last disk of the Multi-Volume set and press OK to continue."
It would seem that you are trying to make a backup rather than installing the software you believe you are installing. I would format the USB drive and start again.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: USB flash drive wipe out
I went to the Sandisk website and they actually have a bunch of how-to videos on there that will help you out with your problem: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1459 As for getting your information back, you would need special recovery software in order to do that. Here is a link that might be able to help you with that: http://www.download.com/VirtualLab/3000-2248_4-10642058.html

If the device doesn't show up in disk management it is most likely damaged. If you have already gotten that far on your own you have eliminated most of the user servicable options for repair.
You can try sending it for data recovery if you require the files on it.
If you're in North America, try Armor-IT Data Recovery, they're listed in the FixYa service database. If you're in another region, just let me know which one and I'll provide another recommendation.

If you want to add that to my ever growing pile of sandisk cruzers you are welcome.
Quality from sandisk has dropped considerably as can be seen from comments on their web site or doing a google search. It is very rare that I see other brands for data recovery. The cruzers have some software of their own on the drive that can get corrupted or deleted very easily. Once that happens you may as well toss it in the garbage.
