Question about Cell Phones
I have a "Samsung" s8900 China fon, from Russia. I've searched many, many sites looking for support for this model, but just end up in loops. I want to know how to factory reset it bc i can't get to any setting bc of passwords I didnt create! When I try to surf on the web, it says not enough memory. Your opinion and advice is appreciated very much.
Is this a new phone or one you just purchased used? Maybe you should try a to see if the ESN is locked. This will mean either the phone is stolen or the person who had it before you didn't pay their phone bill. If that is the case you most likely out of luck you wont be able to get the provider to activate it for you. If that is not the case then call your provider and have them reset it. you can also try powering down the phone and holding the power buttom and volume down at the same time till the samsung logo comes up. From there it will take you to a menu to do factory reset. But like i said before you maybe be able to reset it but if the esn is blcoked you won't be able to use it.
