I blew some fuse replacing battery.

Check your battery and starter connections. Are they all clean and tight, and correctly situated? Make sure no corrosion impedes electrical power.

Doesn't sound like you blew any fuse. You might have to look at a wiring diagram to test the starting system. With the key held in start, there should be power on the small wire at the starter solenoid (mounted on the starter motor). That is a good place to start-use a test light or voltmeter to test. If the small wire shows power, have the starter tested at a parts store. If no power with key held in start, then you do need a wiring diagram. The starting system is not all that complicated-it is pretty straightforward.

Anti-theft system ! Do you have a security light on as well ? What make , model an year vehicle ? Do you know if your vehicle has a starter relay ? Park neutral switch . Do you know how to do automotive electrical testing ? Find a wiring diagram for the starting system on your vehicle ,see what is all involved . You can find a wiring diagram here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free wiring diagrams ! The starter relay is energized by the PCM/ECM engine computer ,this sends B+ voltage to the S terminal on the starter solenoid ! If you find the starter relay an pull it out of it's socket an look on the bottom of the relay , you should see four numbers . 30,87 , 85,86 . Fuse box diagram

Even though it sounds simple, there could be several things wrong here.
A person with a good electric meter can trace the source of the problem.
Perhaps the easiest is to go to the starter under the car, and unhook the wire that comes from the ignition switch, then test that wire with a meter and see if "juice" is coming that far when the ignition key is turned.
If not, you may need an ignition switch. ( Not a key switch, that is another item.)
If juice is present with the key turned to "start", you may have a bad solenoid.
There is also a way to by-pass the solenoid and see if the starter works without it, but that takes a really smart mechanic!
God bless your efforts.

How do I wire old Fedders single stage heat pump to modern smart thermostat? No aux heat.

Don, the best thing to do is see if there is a unit wiring diagram, if so, then trace out the wires connected to V,F,H,C,T,and X to determine what function they perform.

I'm not getting power to the starter on my 1999 dodge ram

Have to do some testing to find out why

I would assume you need a repair shop

If your going to work on your own vehicles,
you need reference material, in the form of factory
service manuals & in your case, wiring diagrams

If you do not have wiring diagrams & a volt meter
& basic electricity knowledge ,your not going to
even find a problem

All electrical works, but when turning key there is nothing

You still need to have the battery tested. The starter requires more current than anything else in the car. Once you have a known good battery, then you have to follow the wiring diagram to determine where the power is being lost. Test for power arriving on the small wire at the starter with the key held in start position. If power found, verify all cable connections first and then replace the starter. If no power on that wire, you will have to test the rest of the circuit.
