Problem for Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player

Zen v plus not recognized by media explorer

I have firmware version 1.32.01 and Windows media 11. The computer knows that a devise is connected, but neither Windows media or Zen v series media explorer recognizes that it's connected.

- i tried uninstall and reinstall.didn't work. computer won't reconize, but does charge and player shows a conection- robandersen6

Start in recovery mode (hold down play).
Select reload firmware.
Download the latest firmware from support.creative.com.
Plug the player into the computer, and reinstall firmware.

uninstall the driver and reinstall it by plugging the player back in.
