Have Kenmore 85501 Air Cleaner. Unit will not restart after power failure. Send unit to Sears Service Center but they declined to fix unit. Tried to hold timer and function buttons for 5 seconds and...

Turn the Master ON/ OFF Switch to OFF and unplug the unit. Wait 12-15 minutes and plug the unit back in. Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON and set your controls. The 12-15 minute timeout should have allowed the unit to reset itself.

Our requaired is without any in puts(remote start and Manula Start) AC staret after power restart, please gaide to me.

first you need to check if your A/C has Auto Restart function. How?- turn power On from the circuit breaker, if the A/C unit start working at your last-time program you have the Auto Restart function. In that case you never shut it down by the cutting off the current, forever turn it on/off by the remote controller.

My kenmore refrigerator is icing at the enterance of the evap coil and does not cool. The suction side of the coil is warm

Check to be sure the coils underneath are clean and the the fan motor (if your model has one) is running when the compressor is on. If vacuum the coils, turn the unit off until all ice had melted then restart.

Your defrost timer or heating coil for auto defrost may be out. To determine, turn off until all ice melts, restart. It will take about a month for ice to reform.

Refrigerator will not defrost

Remove the kick plate grill at base of refrigerator and turn the timer clockwise slow until compressor stops. That should be beginning of the defrost cycle. After a few minutes look inside freezer or listen for crackling or hissing noise. That should indicate defrost. After 25 minutes if it does not restart then turn again until it restarts. Replace defrost timer. Let me know what happens, Thanks Sea Breeze

Kenmore dryer timer will not turn.

Bad timer motor if you are using timed dry.
If using auto dry probably a bad sensor.
Verify by using any time dry or air fluff cycle and see if the timer moves.
