SOURCE: KENMORE WASHER 110.267.91690 pump leaks. Can I

If you are mechanically inclined and have a few basic tools, Yes you can. I have instructions for you and this link will take you to Sears website for drawings and parts direct.
http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/getSubComp.pd?modelNumber=11026791690&productCategoryId=0153200&brandId=0582&brandDescription=KENMORE&modelName=AUTOMATIC-WASHER&diagramPageId=00001&componentDescription=TOP%20AND%20CABINET&documentId=10045916&blt=06

Disconnect the power cord. Turn off the water. There are two clips, one at each front corner, holding the control panel in place. 1. The best tool to use to unhook these clips is a putty knife. From the front push the putty knife between the machine top and the control panel at either outer corner of the control panel . You will feel a spring tension. Push firmly, but not to forcefully toward the back. When the spring clip releases the control panel corner will lift easily. Repeat at the other corner. 2. Now, simply and carefully roll the control panel over the back. Do not force, some models have screws in the back top corner of the panel check this before rolling panel over the top. 3. Unplug the wire that connects the control panel to the top of the case. Stop here and take note as to how the case connects to the back panel. There is an aligner there that will be your hardest part to deal with later. This will help when reassembling. 4. OK, Put a slotted screw driver into the front of the clips at the back corners on the top and release them, once again take note to their positioning. The outer case hooks under the front of the frame and the sides have a slot that goes over a pin near the back of the frame side. (Front under, sides on top of frame)Tilt the case up on back and pull forward. Congrats you are there. The pump is the most forward part in the bottom of the case. There are two clips attaching the pump to the machine. Carefully release them with a flat blade screwdriver. There are two hoses attached to the pump and can be reused with the new pump. Be prepared to catch residual water left in the hoses from the last run. Unless you had a pump leak then they are probably empty. But best to be prepared. Allow 30 to 45 minutes for the first removal.
If the link does not work, an exploded view of your machine is available at www.sears.com under the parts direct tab enter your model number, found under the lid at the back of the tub opening. Copy and paste model number if needed.

Kenmore elite he4t f33

The F33 code can indicate a bad pump or a problem with the wiring either at the pump or the CCU (central control unit), or the wiring harness itself. Before you replaced the pump, did you test the resistance in the wiring harness?

Unplug the washer and use an Ohmeter (VOM) to test. See http://media.fotki.com/1_p,wtftddqbdtwbdkrxgtqsskgwtqkq,vi/tgdkbwkswxfddbwsbdbxtbgtgwftb/1/1303472/5961857/image49983img-or.gif for the schematics of the wiring for the pump on the CCU. To access the CCU, you need to remove a few screws on the back of the top panel. You remove the lower service panel on the front of the washer to access the pump. The wiring should read 12.3 ohms at the CCU. If you get a reading of infinity (open), check the pump. If the leads to the pump motor give a resistance of 12.3 ohms, then the wiring harness should probably be replaced. If the circuit to the pump is fine and the error persists, then the CCU is faulty and needs to be replaced.

I hope this helps. If you add a comment with the specific model of your washer, I may be able to give additional suggestions.

What does the code F33 mean

The F33 error code indicates a pump drive system error. If the pump ohms out correctly & the harness is secure I recommend replacing the CCU (central control unit). Remember to disconnect power to the washer before attempting access. could be a bad pump or loose wire connections. good-day !

Water won't spin out

Only two possibilities; if belt driven, the pump belt has snapped, if shaft driven, the pump has failed. Opening the back of the washer shouldn't be difficult, 8-10 screws, probably hex-head. Checking the interior, you may find pieces of a black drive belt. If you don't, then the pump itself is probably bad; the drive shaft may have separated from the impeller.

Check Sears website for the belt part number; they have 100s of thousands of illustrated parts diagrams with part numbers given and the chance to buy directly on line. You might also note the pump part number once you are on the right page.
If the pump has failed, check if you have a Johnstone Supply in your area; their parts prices are aimed at wholesalers but they will not turn you down and won't have a problem cross-referencing Sears/Kenmore part numbers.
