Go to a Harbor Freight Store or you might be able to get one one line. They have the replacement keys for the Central Machinery Drill Press.

Pin comes out on the fly on motor pulley... Collar rides up and pulley run off kilter.

I assume this is a solid pin that isn't tight enough. Replace it with a rollpin. Google images if you are not sure what that is. Most hardware stores carry them. If you already have a rollpin, you might have to drill to the next size.

Power supply Delta DP350

If you go to and put your model number in the search box, you'll be able to view/download the parts brakedown and owner's manual. You can order the switch from them or find an aftermarket parts place like to get the switch.

The variable pulley over the motor has come apart. how do I put it back together?

There is supposed to be a snap-ring with covering a cap with a spring that compresses the pulley and holds it together. Maybe one of those pieces has broken or is worn out. Most online repair parts places have an exploded diagram of all the parts and where they go so you can identify a replacement.

How do you ajust the high and low speed on the drill press

not sure if you have a dial on that press to adjust the speed. if it is a dial on the machine make sure you adjust it while it is running.... but it looks like it is belt driven and there will be a series of pullies under the top cover for adjusting the speed.
