Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: samsung d900 vibrates when off
most times when mobile have water damage for a period of time, it is very hard for them to be working even after being service.
You both should take the phones to either a mobile tech or mobile service center and have them try to fully service the phones.

SOURCE: Krzr K1m Vibration Wont Stop
I found a way... Two negatives Make a Positive... So Beating it down twice should make it work. Try Smacking it with your palm, or dropping it again on something not extremely hard.. Fixed it for me... Or it just might make it worse.

Try to coax the elephant off of your cell phone. This should help him stop vibrating. And if you think it makes you sad and mad, try to imagine how confused the elephant must be getting.
