Hi Everybody, I am in search of best solution for transferring mails from outlook (mac) to outlook (windows). There are a lot of mails that i need to transfer. I have looked into many forums for the solutions but most are for making IMAP account and all. I don't have such a good technical hand in doing such stuff, so i am looking for other alternatives. Fast and Problem solving answers will be really appreciated. Thank you.
Not entirely certain that can be done, but I'd start by checking at http://forums.windowsforum.org/index.php?showtopic=50677

Testimonial: "Olm converter pro worked flawlessly. thanks for this tool"
To export email files from Outlook for mac 2011 to outlook 2010 on pc you just need to convert .olm files from outlook 2011 to .pst file. PST files are compatible with outlook 2010 & other editions of outlook running on windows. It can be easily done with mac exporters available as third party tool.
You can search for Outlook Mac Exporter on web or can click here...
You can check here also http://www.office.mvps.org/cross_platform/mac_win.html

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Create a "fake" email account that has an invalid username/password to a (real) SMTP server (Outlook requires that the SMTP server is real). And then set that as yourdefault account.
Now, whenever you accidentally forget to select the correct account, the default is selected and the message will try to send through the invalid account and pop up an error message. You can then go into the Outbox, select the right account, and re-send.

There are are couple of thing we need to clarify before sorting this one out.
First of all where are you puling the mail from. Are you poping from an ISP mail server or are you using microsoft exchange.
If you are poping the mail down to outlook then more then likey the mail is going directly into a pst file.
If this is the case there are two thing you can do.
1. Share the pst file so PC A uses the pst file locally and PC B maps to the pst file. (note you will not be able to have outlook open from both machines)
2. Setup the same email profile on pcb and download to pst. (this option is not ver good though because your mail will be split over two machines.
Unless you are a businness and have your own mail server I think the best option would be to leave the mail setup on pc1 and remote control pc1 from pc2 through a remote control protocol like RDP or VNC
As sharing pst files is not desirable.

Open OL 07 -> Tools -> account settings -> Under the "E-mail" tab -> Check how many account you have. You should see 2 e-mail accounts and if both are the same, delete one account which is not set as DEFAULT.
Reason: When you opened OL 07, it checks if there is any e-mail account setup in Outlook Express ( Win XP) or Win Mail ( Win Vista ) and migrate the account settings.
No E-mails in blackberry :
Open OL 07 -> Tools -> account settings -> Under the "E-mail" tab -> Select the e-mailaccount and click on CHANGE -> Go to More Settings -> Advanced -> Enable " Leave a Copy Of messages on the server"
Reason : Outlook must be downloading all the e-mails from your server when it look s for new mails on the server due to which Blackberry does not detect any -mails on the server.
