Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
I recently upgraded to windows bista ultimate which had windows media player 11. it can't sync the picture files like windows media player 10 could. does anyone know if there is a folder that i could drag and drop my photos to and the go gear might pick it up?
You Have To Make Sure You Have WMP10, The Device Manager, And The Philips Plugin You Can Download Them In The Philips Support Website. Then Put Your Photos On Your Desktop Or Elese It Wont Work Then Just Drag And Drop Your Pictures From Desktop To WMP10 The Sync Them And When It Is Done Syncing Then The Philips Device Plugin Will Pop Up And Its Converts The Photos And Places Them In To The Support Folder

I've found that the device manager and plug in doesn't even work on Vista.

There is a folder that can be seen in Explorer. For example:
My Computer\Philips HDD63XX GoGear\Media\Pictures
But transferring files this way is futile. There's something about the media player 10 sync process that updates a database on the mp3 player. Media Player 11 doesn't seem to do this correctly. Philips needs to resolve this as new machines are not shipping with version 10 anymore.
