Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Suddenly stopped tansmitting sound. have tried several restarts from websight. continuously says to call 888-xxx-siri. will go to preprogramed station set on radio, ,but no sound, and says no signal.

Most likely you might have not activated or paid for the service. You might have been shut down. When an electronic component give you a phone number to call it is for a reason, Either you need to set up a payment plan or the software needs to be upgraded or entire replacement

My phone Nokia 7210 is having a rare problem. It gets switch off itself while using. please help.

The most obvious possibility which you have likely already considered would be the battery. If the battery is getting old and doesn't hold much of a charge, it may be the culprit. But usually in such a case you will at least get a low battery warning on the screen and a beep or two from the phone before it shuts off.

The more likely conclusion would be that there is a problem with the phone itself. As I have worked in cell phone sales for a long time (testing cell phones to make sure they are okay for resale), I have dealt with phones that will just shut off for no reason, or will shut off when certain tasks are performed on the phone. If your phone is a "smartphone" and has firmware updates available (check the manufacturers website for your phone model), you can try doing that, as it could be software related. But most likely the phone itself has a problem. If it continues to happen on a basis that makes it frustrating to even use the phone, you could try and get it repaired from a place online that offers phone repair, though more likely it will be cheaper to just get a new phone. The cost for an entry level GSM phone for use with AT&T is about $40-$80 for a brand new model, while the cost for repair is usually about $50-$100.

My phone randomly shuts off, and then when i try an turn it back on, it just show's the at&t emblem for about 15 secs, then it just starts over, i need help please. it wont go to the main phone menu...

whenn you phone shuts off randomly it is trying to update itself which means that you prob dont turn your phone off for at least 2-3 min a day so that it gets its daily updates.. i would pull the batttery out of the back of the phone and leave it out for 1-2 min and reinsert and turn the phone back on and this is a soft reset and yoiu will lnot loose anything but that way your resetting you phone and the settings on it .. and if the phone continues to do that after you turning off daily and the soft reset i would contact warranty for replacement the phone might have a short in it .. if you with at&t the number to warranty is 1-800-801-1101

My Nokia 6300 fail to operate after an automatic shut off due to low level of battery. but soon after i recharge my battery and switch it on again, i realised my 6300 was unable to open the contact, sms,...

try to remove your memory card and try to open it again..Most of the time memory card is the cause of hard starting, reason is the the card is not inserted correctly.

just try it, no harm will be done to your unit

Nokia 3555b shuts off for no reason

CAUSE:The Nokia's problem of shutting off is a design flaw. The tension in the spring at the positive contact is too low to keep the battery in contact with the negative pole.

SOLUTION:Just  wedge a small piece of paper between the actual phone and the positive side of the battery(not between the contact) .This will prevent the battery from shifting away from the negative pole which causes the phone to shut off...
Hope this helps.
