I purchased the upgrade version of PS 15 HD - then upgraded again to PS Ultimate 15. After the activation key was entered a web page came up that said "oops there appears to have been an error". None of the links on this page will go anywhere. Upon closing that web page a message in the PS software said that the program had been upgraded and was now activated. I restarted the program (as a precaution)and noticed the splash screen still shows the earlier version of 15 and when I attempt to insert multiple menus I get an error message that I must upgrade to use more than one menu. If I go through the process of re-entering the activation key and "checking for updates" under the HELP menu, it will let me use 2 menu's until I close the software then it goes back to the old way again. Additionally, the main menu (Play Movie) stops at every chapter and returns to the secondary menu, which is a "Scene Selection" menu. The chapters are on the secondary menu with returns, not the primary, so I don't know what's causing this. I've re-done the menus and chapters several times and really need some advice. There are 25 chapters and the project runs about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I edited each chapter as an individual project and then rendered each out as an mpg file before adding them to my main project. Thanks for any advice.
I don't know!!!!! me too, I want a solution! :( I have a BIG problem :'(

Windows 7 is available in several different versions, each of which includes different features targeted at different types of users.
Windows 7 Home Premium is ideal for the typical computer user and her home computer. However, Home Premium does not include every feature that Windows 7 has to offer.
If you find that some tasks exist that you can't perform with Home Premium, you may want to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate.
Microsoft includes a feature in Windows 7 Home Premium that makes upgrading a simple task.
Click "Start" at the bottom left corner of the screen, then click "All Programs."
Scroll to "Windows Anytime Upgrade" and click it.
Click "Go online to choose the edition of Windows 7 that's best for you."
Click the green "Buy" button under "Ultimate."
Type your billing and payment information into the requested fields on-screen, then follow the prompts, making sure to print out the upgrade key you receive at the end of the process.
Click "Start," then "All Programs" again and choose "Windows Anytime Upgrade."
Click "Enter an Upgrade Key" and type in your upgrade key to unlock the Windows 7 Ultimate features.
Hope this helps
