Question about Canon Rebel XT / EOS 350D Digital Camera
After i format my pc, it can't recognize mi camera. I've got another canon camera, a powershot A560, but i don't have this problem with it. I installed all softwares and photoshop cs2, but i still have this problem. When i connect the cable in the usb port and turn on my camera, i listen a triple sound as an error and the CF light tunr on three time, which makes me think is a problem with the CF card, but i can see my photos on my camera. I already checked my conexion pc funtion in the camera. But a don't know what else can i do. Plase help me and tell me what other canon webpage can i consult. Thanks a lot Maury
Do you use the same cable on both cameras? Check the device manager for presense of unknown devices. You might have to click View/show hidden devices. Uninstall anything weird and move the camera to a different usb port. Also try using another usb cable. Check your usb controller drivers, make sure you have the most recent from the computer manufacturer's site.
