Any vacuum shop should be able to order that filter for you. You should check with a Hoover warranty depot or contact the Hoover company directly. You can do that through their web site at www.hoover.com.

SOURCE: The Hoover Windtunnel vacum will not pull suction

Either the machine or hose is blocked OR the filters are blocked.
Also possible that the belt is broken.

I had a panasonic with the same issue. Turned out to be just a loose connection at the switch.

You may have a broken or stretched belt. The machine could also be clogged. Here is a link that will take you to a site that will show you how to open up your vacuum to look for clogs and to change belt.

Hoover Steam Cleaner F6024-900 does not turn on when plugged in to working outlet.
You may have something simple like a bad plug end piece on the power cord. try it in another socket if it still doesnt work you may have to replace the plug.
The most stressed point on a vacume is on the power plug and cord because it gets pulled and twisted a lot.
