I need help to program my ge remote to my sanyo tv but i dont have the codes to program them please help

First turn on device to be programmed. Press what device you want to program (tv) hold it down and at the same time hold power button down. Wait for red light to shut off and come back on. When light comes on remove finger device button and continue to hit power button on & off until device shuts off. Then hit stop button on the bottom off remote.
