Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I read your situation and will recommend you to visit www.hotmail.com and touch where it says "Forgot your password? then follow the instructions, I guess when you opened your account on Hotmail put an alternative address where they tell you: "If you forget your password we'll send password reset information to this address. This Must Be Different from your Hotmail address.. " If the answer is yes There is the solution. I hope my solution can help you. Thank you for using FixYa.com

How do i change my password on hotmail

Hi there,

You can change your hotmail password by logging into your Windows Live Hotmail account. Click on your name located at the upper right corner of your page then click View Your Account. On the Account Summary, under the Password reset information, click on Change. You will be asked to type in your old password and the new one. Save then you're good to go.

Please let me know if this helps. Thank you for using FixYa.

You should contact Hotmail (Microsoft) directly.

Honestly this is going to be hard to recover as this is a free service and they are going to have a hard time to verify who you are since there is no identifying information that is stored within their system such as (Address, Phone Number, CC, etc.)
Best solution would be to register for a new one, update your e-mail with social networking sites, your online banking, other services/websites you registered for.
Also remember use valid answers when it comes to security questions so you don't have a future problem down the road.
