Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Lost password, after reset (pressing for 5 second), admin/admin failed to log . Pl advice.

Some engenius wireless access points do not have a username password configured by default, so try it with the username and password fields both blank.
Sometimes, I have tried to reset the password on a wireless access point, and later figured out that I had failed to successfully reset the device. Make sure that the device is plugged in while you hold down the reset button. Hold down the reset button for 30 seconds instead of 5.

I can not access My Linksys WAP2000 Business series. I can not reset it either.

With the access point UNPLUGGED from power
hold down the reset button, PLUG IN POWER, keep holding reset
after 10 seconds, release. Access Point will then be configured with
a default static IP address of 192.168.1.245
Then open a browser like IE or Firefox and type in that IP and the
config screen will show up.

I forgot my WEP password

On the back of the router there is a reset button or a pin-hole. Hold that in for 8 seconds and that will reset all your wifi settings to default. At that point there will be no password and it can be setup like new.

I have problem setting up my wireless network and redirecting my wireless client to my local webpages before they can access to internet.   see this diagram below :...

you need to replace your modem with a router that is capable of running Network Address Translation. You are trying to route private IP's (192,168.x.x) over the public IP (internet) network.
