First make sure that you do not have the collate and staple option checked on the printer menuing system or in the print setup on one of the local machines printing to it. Ensure that when auto-staple is not used that the error stops manifesting.
Then, I would check to make sure that you are installing the correct staples, length and width for the model.

Dear sir; the error code you post out,I check the manual it said "low fuser temp" my suggestion go to check the fuser lamp inside the fuser roller of the heating unit, you may try to reset before you go for it; the easy way just open and close the lower front door,just try it and let me know the resolve. Hello sir; here have few steps need to follow;
1, press "function", press "printer", "F8" press "start" machine will run about 4 minutes the start key will turn from orange to green.
2, same procedure go to F5 will run about 30 seconds.

Your drum cleaing blade or anti spill mylar may need replacement.
