Timecutter 74325 1129763 The switch won't engage the blades. I hear a clicking sound but that's it. Is it some kind of relay that's bad?

My timecutter z480 won't start using the ignition. Can jump it over on solenoid and it runs but the blades won't engage and key won't shut it off do you know why

Sounds like you need to get it serviced! You have a solenoid problem, which might tie in with a faulty switch, but the blades not engaging is a different problem. When was the last time you had it serviced?

You could test the ignition switch connections with a meter. You should have power on the first position and then a second set of power when you move to the second position which powers the solenoid. There should only be power at the positive terminal with the switch in the off position.

Toro zero turn starts fine and stalls as soon as I disengage brake

Sounds like the seat switch is not reading you are in the seat. Without a wiring diagram, it is difficult to say exactly.

Timecutter PTO clutch switch clicks when I engage the switch but will not engage the belts

Check under the deck and make sure the blades can spin freely, there will be resistance but mostly check to see if they are stuck. If they are not and can move, yiu can try to remove the belt from the pto, engage and see if it spins then. If it does not than there is probably an issue with pto clutch

YARD MAN 42 '' RIDEING MOWER WON'T START PROBABLY SAFETY PROBLEM

safety switches that all riding mowers seem to have include a seat/brake safety which means that you have to be sitting in the seat or the brake must be engaged for it to start. also there is the blade engaged safety, which means the mower will not start normally with the blades engaged.
if you meet those conditions check the switches themselves
non safety related, do you hear a click or a clunk when you turn the key to the start position, this is the starting coil pulling in to send power from the battery to the engine starter, all safety switches will interupt power from the key switch to the starting coil
if you hear the coil energize and the engine does not start you have low battery voltage or loose connection or some other mechanical problem

My blades wont engage and just hear click sound?

No permanent solution, but you probably can get by once by "riding" the clutch engagement lever - pushing it only part way forward and holding onto it.
