Kitchenaid mixer blade holder will not turn

I answered this for you in the blender dept, it will almost certainly be the fuse gear and that's machine cases apart to look in the gearbox.
Fuse gear part number is
4162897 Worm Gear
If you want to make the repair a little faster then the fuse gear already mounted in the bracket is another option
240309?2 Worm Gear Bracket And Gear
I call it a fuse gear, they call it a worm gear.

I'm from Colombia my blender buy it in the US, when I use it here in Colombia does not increase the speed always remains constant, not increase, because it can be?

Nothing different between blenders working in US then Colombia. Your blender is defective. Bad luck you bought it in US and never tested before taking it to Colombia. Well, actually a blender can work with just one speed!

Teeth keep stripping on the Bosch blender.

Is there a lubrication issue? Is there a bind or load to the drive after the gears? What has changed since it worked well? P{ancake batter would not be sufficient load to eat gears. Are you changing speeds under load?

Can't get the drive coupling off my Bosch Universal to replace it

I have had my Bosch Universal Mixer with the Blender and Food Processor Attachments since 2005, and I've loved it since the day I got it... that is, until the blender broke while my son was crushing ice to make slushies...

I figured out the "drive coupler" was stripped and needed replacing, but I couldn't figure out how to take apart the "blade assembly" which includes the "drive coupler" part...

My retailer, Pleasant Hill Grain, sent me the following email:

"I am not aware of any printed instructions for removing the old coupling and
replacing with the new. We recommend holding on to the blades with 1 hand and a
towel and using a needle nose pliers to unscrew the old coupling. You would put
the new coupling on in the same manner.
If these instructions do not work, I would suggest contacting the Service
Dept at Kitchen Resources in Utah. Their phone is 800-692-6724."

I still couldn't figure out how to take apart the blade assembly, so I did end up calling the distributor, Kitchen Resources...

Dave, the tech @ Kitchen Resources, answered my call on the first ring...

Once I explained my problem, he started giving me the same instructions Pleasant Hill Grain gave
me... I explained to him that holding the blades tightly wasn't working for me.

As it turned out, holding the blades did not secure the drive shaft because
the drive shaft was broken off INSIDE the blade assembly - which is why I could
not unscrew the old drive coupling part.

Dave's next question revealed the true issue at hand... my Blender Attachment has the blade assembly made of plastic - they switched to plastic
in 2005 because the metal assembly turned black in dishwashers.

Bosch just recently went back to using metal for this part - apparently the
plastic blade assembly didn't hold up.

Kitchen Resources - the U.S. Bosch Distributor - is sending me a new blade
assembly - no charge, he said it's covered under warranty. Woo Hoo!

Best of all, I hadn't yet purchased the replacement drive coupling part, because
I wanted to know how to go about replacing the part before ordering a new part.

With shipping this part would have been a $50+ repair - you have to love
customer service of that caliber!

[Aside: You really don't need to ever put this part in the dishwasher - wash
the inside with by putting hot water and perhaps a little dish detergent inside
the blender and turning it on - rinse the outside under the sink... no
dishwasher needed! ]

Where do I get new blades for my Household Blending Mixer HA-3058

It seems you can no longer buy the MegaMixa HA-3058 however Bamix sell a similar product - in fact apart from a couple of aesthetic modifications it seems to be the same machine....

They sell many accessories and you can get blades. Check:
www.bamix.com
www.bamix-blender.co.uk

I have both machines and the blades are identical and inter-changeable between models.

Oster Kitchen Center won't hold a steady speed

My wifes Oster Kitchen Center slowed down and I think finally stopped. I say I think it did because I took it apart two years ago and am finally finding the time to get it back together. I cleaned it, checked the brushes on the motor(all of this is in the base unit with the control buttons on it. The upper blender/beater arm has no electrics in it.) The brushes were coated with some kind of dried crusty stuff which was keeping them from contacting the motor.I put it back together and tried it but it only hummed and did not move.
I took it apart again, this time everything came out. Motor, electric wiring plus the metal gearbox attached to the motor which drives the blender and the upper arm. I took the transmission apart (it's attached to the motor in the base unit) and found the gears in it were so gummed up with who knows what. Probably everything that leaked out of the blender.
You see, what happens is that the seal between the blender black base and the glass jar started to leak after a few years but we don't notice it. Maybe we did but we cleaned it and we thought it was all good. But the liquid can leak down into the bottom unit around the drive teeth and that little square drive that the blender locks onto. And then it goes into the gearbox and the motor. So it is a major job to clean it. Since I don't have a manual for disassembling the lower base unit, I'm just putting it back together. I cleaned all the gunk out, put some grease on the gears and the gearbox is working better but I fear not perfect. It is 30 years old!! So unless you take it apart yourself or find an appliance repair shop (is there such a place anymore?) it might not be worth the effort. But it is do-able. How long have you got?
