I need bolt torques and valve clearences for pressure washer?

Greetings: I have a generac 2700psi gas pressure washer. I'm in the process if assembling a new cylinder head. I need the head bolt torques, valve clearences, and head cover bolt torques. I called generac and litterally begged them for the specs and they said they don't have them to give out to consumers. I'm at the tail end of this assembly to get the pressure washer running, and i'm stuck at this juncture. Nobody seems to want to assist me. Many thanks to all.

I forgot to mention that it is in fact a Generac motor, and the model is 0061490, and the serial is 6287274.

SOURCE: 87 samurai bolt torque specs for engine

The haynes book is not recommended since there are numerous mistakes and they still will not update. One of the biggest is the firing order.

The factory service manual is the only way to go.

Head bolts - 46 - 50.5 lbs (there is an order sequence for the bolts)

Intake & exhuast manifolds- 13.5 - 20 lbs

Flywheel - 41.5 - 47 lbs

Clutch cover - 13.5 - 20 lbs

Just pull out plug w cable on and crank engine..shud see fire. If not then bad connect or magneto. I think u let engine set w ethanol gas n now carb is gummed. Always drain tank n float. U will need an outboard chemical at a boat shop to fix. Or carb needs overhaul

Engine rpm serges sometimes and powernosle pressure drop some times

Gas engine surging and losing power sounds like dirty carb to me.
Pressure washers are often used and then sit for months before being used again. This often creates blockage in carb passages. If you have or install a fuel cutoff valve you can reduce this problem. When you are done pressure washing, turn off the fuel valve and continue spraying water until the carb empties ( the engine will sputter and go out) Next time you want to wash turn on the valve and you should be good to go.

This could be your unloader valve taking in account the engine isn't surging. Does the engine run smooth? Do you have at least 50 psi water pressure feeding the pump? Inlet screen clogged? ALL tips act same way or no change?

Check the pressure limiting bypass valve. Also make sure the replacement bolts are "rated". They must be a certain "grade" which defines their load rating. Make sure they are torqued to spec.

Escort Mk2 1600 valve and torques settings what are they

cylinder bolt torque settings stage 1 15 ft pounds
stage 2 50 ft pounds
stage 3 85 ft pounds

valve clearences 0.15 - 0.20mm inlet
0.22 - 0.27mm exhaust
these are the figures i have been supplied with, you can also use

cylinder bolts stage 1 10 ft pounds
stage 2 50 ft pounds
stage 3 + 90deg.
with my exp, i would use the first guide as the degree method has a tendancy to snap head bolts, especially on older vehicles.
