You replaced stk's, have you replaced return resistors in same area? And is set in Convergence Setting mode or is it has sound from picture?

If the tin can module you are referring to is the hyper module, it is common to replace all 11 caps because the factory caps ****. Check for bridged solder connections at STK's search the forum at electromaniacs for 50h81 :)
