Question about Cell Phones
I want to be able to have my text messages automatically delete from my phone. I don't want them to save to my inbox or outbox.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Does it show signal bars on the screen and are you able to make/receive
calls? If not then that is why. AT&T does not guarantee in building
service. If you do have signal and it is working other than text, then
check your message center number in the device:
From the standby screen, press Menu.
Scroll to and select Settings.
Scroll to and select Text Message.
Enter appropriate Message Center Number, then press Done. The message center number that should be there is +13123149810 (and the + sign does need to be in front of it)

Click on the Message option either from the main screen or clicking on the top left button. Then press the middle key in the circle which brings up the Msg Center Menu. Choose Cleanup Messages and you can either choose All or Inbox or Outbox or a selection of other options.
Hope this helps.
