I am looking for a user manual for a Ram Machinery drill press model no. 0019B. Thank you

go google and type in ---user manual for ram drill press-- and download ant pdf versions
remember that many brands of drill press are all made in the one factory with just a different name so any drill press that has the same drill head operation will probably have the same user manual if you cannot find what you want

2001 Mercury Grand Marquis the transmission torque converter doesn't have a drain plug. I want to drill a hole for a drain plug. Is there a perfect place to drill the hole ?

If it was me Id just get as much out as you can and go from there, not a hole lot in torque con. and you might be getting into something you don't want to,draining the trans will be enough to get your fluid back into good quality and changing filter, and with every trans change I put a pint of lucas with the change! good stuff!

What to do if water pump bolt breaks,97 mercury mountaineer

You have to drill the remainder of the bolt out of the hole. Start by taking a center punch and punch the dead center of the piece stuck in the hole, then take a small drill bit and get to work on the punch hole. Use a little wd40 on the bit to keep it from overheating and go about half speed on the drill (time consuming prosses). After you drilled deep enough grab the next size bit and continue to do this until you can fit a good size extracter in the hole to pull it out. If you do not have an extracter then continue to drill untill the bolt is completly out then retap new treads and find an oversized bolt.

I lost my keys and i need to know how to replace my key cylinder on my 1993 mercury cougar xr7. I have a new one.

remove screws from steering colum and remove cover,
you will need a drill, needle nose plyers and a very small screw driver phillips.

step one. drill 1" into cylinder.

located on bottom of colum is a small hole with a pin in it.

step 2, push pin up, if it does not move drill 1/2" more in to cylinder.

stop if you reach a small shaft that is kinda loose and has a brass washer or steel washer on the outside of it. remove small shaft with plyers. once the cylinder is drilled it should unlock, turn it and push the pin up untill it comes out
