If you want a long lasting results then I would suggest you don't use any shortcut to lose weight like pills and supplements. Because they are made of chemicals and can cause various health issue.
Do regular exercises with the fat free diet are the best ways to lose weight.

Slimming down isn't fun, it may take ages for some while if you follow a healthy lifestyle and diet you could achieve it automatically. Losing weight is not that easy. Many people feel it as impossible, but according to me, nothing is impossible if you do hard work for that. You can achieve a perfect and fit body if you decide to maintain a proper diet chart and workout plan for it.
Other than it jogging and bicycling is also mandatory to loose weight. A proper plan will help you to loose weight.
Going for a long walk after dinner is also recommended, other than this going for a gym is a good choice to loose weight.

Well losing the weight is not so easy. But it can be easily achieved by taking right diet and by doing jogging and walking on the daily basis.
Going for daily walk will helps to loose some amount of weight within few days. It also help to provide flexibility to muscles.

There are many ways to lose weight. Different people are suited to different things. I would recommend maintaining a healthy diet and going for a long walk or jog everyday. Especially now that it is summer and very warm out side jogging or even walking would help a lot.
