1. try unplugging or flipping circuit breaker, wait 10 secs, hold in power/on button for 5 secs, plug back in and see if it resets.

2. try tapping on door lock position on front of unit and see if it unlocks unit(lock stuck). hit it hard with palm, but not enough to dent or damage
Might now be spinning fast enough for the centrifugal force to expel the water. check the drum speed as well as the pump that removes the water collected.

If your towels are coming out the dryest it is probably a problem with it being off balance. Did you make sure that the clothes are even placed in the washer. If you have a bunch of heavy stuff on one side and light stuff on the other side it could cause the same problem.
