Screen flickers, and flashes colors, kind of like tv static but in color
Disconnect the power cord and battery. Hold down the power button for a minute and then connect only power cord.
If not fixed:
Please scan your computer with free version of superantispyware:
IF not fixed: It is a screen hardware issue.

flickering screen with color bars may point to a problem with your fibre and this may call for you to change the fibre to prove if its a problem with the fibre connect to an external monitor if the problem does not occur then you can conclude that you have to change the fibre

What is the screen resolution set to? It may also be the refresh rate-some monitors are only capable of displaying 60Hertz-75Hertz. Did you choose an incompatible refresh rate? Could also be the connection.

I'm going to take an educated guess here, because it sounds like the monitor's interface controller is bad. I forgot the name of the thing, but it's a small circuit board that's normally located at the bottom of the panel frame, between the flat ribbon cables and the round hinge cables.
