The Peg Perego Polaris Sportsman 700: 4 wheel sit on bike

Had the same problem. Once a year open (if possible) gas throttle and gear shift. Use a standard lubricating spray on everything. (power off first) shake and use compressed air to spread. Potmeters are dryed up and dont get signal. Let it dry after you sprayed it some times. Make shure you move parts. Connect and should be ok.

Why dont u try adding grease to the nuts and screws then loosen the nuts a bit to give air space...try it out

Check the battery and charger with a multimeter and make sure that they are putting out at least 24 volts

the motor is easy, just pull off the plastic hubcap with a flat head screwdriver, then remove the nut and bolt with a 13mm wrench, then pull off the wheel and gearbox and disconnect the wires from the motor then its just two screws that hold the motor on, for the circuit board it depends on wether you got the new style with the poly switches on the board or if they are seperate

You can do just about anything with these, by swapping out parts from another, with a bit of extra work if axles or wheels don't fit right, you'll need the wheels from whatever one you are using the gearboxes from. Check out modifiedpowerwheels.com .

When I buy my peg perego batteries from http://www.shopjandl.com/ they always come with a charge.
The peg perego motors on the polaris models are taken off after the rear wheels are removed. My Grandkids have 2 of these and they are always running when they visit me so I have had to replace them a few times.

I would take off the wheel that is not spinning and see if the wires have come loose.
My grandson had a polaris 700 and one of the wires had come off.
