Restart the computer HOLD the keys CTRL+f11 or f12 depen or your model,etc and restore to the factory default, and try again.
However the connectors for power have a LOT of implications. You must have sure that connector are right. Otherwise you can damage the computer.
You can RUN the software diagnostic coming with your computer or download from the manufacter supply for free and make and diagnostic.

Your problem is the memory . YOu have to put off the pc and remove the memory card in the slot. Then clean the silver pins in your memory with a rubber eraser. Put it back and see if the BIOS will be prompted on the screen , if not you have to replace the memory.
