SOURCE: Kenmore 80 series dryer stoping after running for 10 to 15 minute

Start any cycle. Dryer runs for 10 to 15 minutes, then stops before cycle is complete. Start again, stops again in 10 to 15 minutes.

SOURCE: Cycle Signal keeps beeping loud-soft every 15 seconds while dryin

Hi Celine, I just experienced the same exact problem. I came here looking for a solution. I got mine to stop by holding down the cycle signal button for 3 seconds, releasing it for three seconds, and repeating until both lights (loud and soft) went off. Hope it helps.

SOURCE: I own a Frigidaire electric dryer model no.

Hello

The beeping sound means that it is the thermostat that needs replacement. This thermostat is located inside the back cover panel on the blower wheel housing towards the exhaust duct. This problem can be solved once the thermostat is replaced, you can also test the thermostat with a ohm meter, you can check its continuity. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Frigidaire Dryer model # LEQ1442ES0. The lights come on and beep at us like normal when I change settings but when I press start, they just blink and beep but wont turn on.

Thank you for your post, friend!

From my understanding your Frigidaire dryer is not starting and the lights just blink. It sounds like a faulty door switch or control panel. I would check to make sure the latch or door strike is not cracked or broken if the door is not closing properly that could be the cause of your dryer not starting.

You could also perform a reset on your dryer and that could help clear any faulty error codes within your dryer. To reset your dryer you would unplug the power cord for ten minutes. I hope this has been beneficial. -Matt

Dryer will not start

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that your Frigidaire dryer, model# FEQ1442ES, will not start. I also see that when you press the start button, the lights above the Control button blink and your dryer beeps. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and try running any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

Good Afternoon Terry, thank you for your post!

Often constant beeping is an indication that the unit is experiencing a possible error. I under you have tried resetting the dryer by flipping the breaker. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes before turning on the unit. If the beeping continues, then the appliance could be experiencing a communication issue with the control board or a potential wiring failure. I would recommend connecting with a qualified appliance repairman to proceed further.

The Dryer says Control Locked how do I fix it

Which brand/model of dryer do you have? For most dryers, you need to press and hold either one button or a pair of buttons at the same time to toggle the lock on and off. Frequently the correct button or pair of buttons will be indicated with a small padlock or child's face. Some LG dryers are nice; the button is labeled Lock/Unlock. Press and hold the button for 3+ seconds until you hear a beep and see the alert go off. The Whirlpool Duet (and the Kenmore equivalent) require you to press and hold the End of Cycle button for 15 seconds. On at least some Frigidaire dryers, press and hold Select and Options for 10+ seconds.

The control lock prevents someone from changing the settings or starting the dryer running when it shouldn't.
If the appropriate steps for your washer fail, try unplugging the dryer for a while. If the lock remains enabled, the control panel isn't communicating properly with the board. Either the panel will need replacement or the board itself.
I hope this helps.

Dryer randomly beeps, like morse code and changes ...

sounds like a stuck or shorted membrane switch.
which would require replacing the console. if you can access the tech guide in the control panel you can do a membrane switch test and other diagnostics.

PLEASE HELP! Dryer cuts off and gives an E68 code.

e68 code

this is a fault code that means there is a stuck key on the board you may have to remove the control panel and check the keys if this does not work you may have to replace the panel or control board

Good luck
