The drive letter of your Kingston flash drive is already used by another storage device. You may need to change the drive letter of your flash drive by going to the disk management.

Try the stick in a different USB port on your computer.
Try the stick in some other computer.
If it does not work, it could be defective -- take it back to where you bought it, and get them to demonstrate that it works in one of their computers, or get them to replace it.

click start click on my computer you should see your usb drive
right click then select format
another way is to control panel administrive tools computer management disk management right click on your drive select format
