Most likely the problem is the bearing in the rear wheel. Your best solution is to find a different rear wheel as replacing the one there will be difficult if you don't have the sprocket removal tool. why is my bike broken - 7_16_2013_10_14_46_pm.jpg

Bike Doesn't Peddle Right

i would suggest any bike shop can help you but if you have to have same ones go to craigslist, you may not find them because they aren't a high end product. i may be wrong i' haven't seen anything but complete bikes being sold by that company, actually they don't even make the rims its a components company like shamonno. If you want something close go online to dans comp, its a retailer you can get great deals from, i just like going to bike shop and seeing them, paying and bringing them home. don't forget that they may have a used set for sell, most bike shops would not be selling a used set unless they new they were in good condition.

On mountain bike the chain or peddles seem to slip or click goning up a hill. Is it the chain slipping or worn gear?

It sounds like your chain is loose. Flip the bike over and loosen up the nuts on the back tire and tighten the nuts as you are pulling the rim back making the chain as tight as you can. You might need someone to help you pull as you tighten the nuts.

I was rideing when all of a sudden I heard a POP sound and my peddles wouldn't peddle any more! peddles free wheel like the chain is off but it is not!......when I spin the Back wheel forward,...

Possibly. The pawls probably exploded. Not knowing what type of rear wheel/hub you have it's impossible to say but a Bike Shop would spot the cause in a heartbeat. The repair may involve something as simple as a spritz of lube in the right places to a complete new rear wheel (as hub replacement involves a lot of labor rebuilding the wheel and may not make economical sense).

Take it to a shop for a look-see.

Purchased the Tunturi recombent bike E80R in April 2010. When I used it - it was basically a quiet machine. A few weeks ago it started making a noise when I peddled that sounds like its coming from the...

Could be that the belt is sliding against the wall of the wheel (against the ridge/lip). This is because your wheel is probably not level. This is usualy caused by wear, or because the wheel was moved or adjusted on purpose and not levelled or aligned correctly.

A 1: If your wheel is not level, the belt going around the wheel will inevitably migrate towards the edge of the wheel stand in front of the machine and look straight down at the wheel while it is motion (spinning), you should be able to see if it (the belt) is moving.

If, however your wheel is bent, this could cause the same problem. However, this is no quick fix. It will generally mean replacing the wheel

A 2: In order to recognize if your wheel is bent, stand in front of the machine and look straight down at the wheel while it is in motion. You should be able to see a, "Wobbling" in the wheel, indicating its condition.

Repair peddle on Huffy Incline 26

Try screwing it on by hand in both directions as one peddle screws in clockwise and the other anti-clockwise. If this still does not work look at the thread on the peddle and see if it looks threaded (damaged). If it does then you need a new peddle or set of peddles and a visit to your local bike shop can confirm this for you.

Left peddel is stripped will not stay on

If it is the peddle that is threaded and not the crank then all you need to do is replace the peddle. Take the peddle off and look at the thread both on the peddle and inside the crank. Any bike shop can look at this for you and can order you in a set of new peddles or, if the crank is to blame you can order these easy enough online.

How do i fix a wonky pedal?

Check and see if where it is screwed in is still tight. If it is then the steel shank that the peddle turns on is bent and you will have to replace the hole peddle.
How to take the peddle off is use a wrench that fits the nut that is between the peddle and the crank arm and turn it out. This will be in there real tight and my take some muscle to get it loose.
