depends on the unit. you will probably have to slide it out of its case and clean the outside part . there should be a hose that goes from the inside to the outside for the water to go out. this hose may be clogged, trapping the water inside. as i always say a picture of the unit always helps so i can identify it and tell you what to do to try and fix the problem. email the pics to firstname.lastname@example.org

I looked up the model number parts
Their does not appear to be a heating element associated with this ac nor a reversing valve so I don't think it has a heat feature. You could mount it backwards and heat an area. That would look weird.
