Epson xp-310 will not print Canada government forms

It could be something as simple as the paper size. Go into printer preferences in the printer menu on the computer. Check the default paper size is appropriate for your area (either Letter or A4) and then check (tick) scale to fit paper. Save this as your default settings.

In EPSON LX-300+ printer need to set up the page size,i could manage to set up the paper size, but it was countinuous paper,so it has line to tear off.,but after finishing the printing in one page,next...

First check what paper size u want, then set the same size in the printer menu. Next go to Printer properties paper setting change it there , then advance change the size, printing preference again check both the options to the prefered size.

I have some problem, but now have solved
1. replace your original epson lx-300+II driver by IBM ProPrinter II from windows installation driver.
2. in control panel-->printer and fax-->choose IBM Proprinter II ---> click File-->server properties--> click form tab--> chek create new and fill new paper size and don't forget give a name (ex. 8.5x6)--> save form
3.In printer and faxs right click IBM Proprinter II-->choose properties--> click device setting tab --> change tractor feed, manual paper feed and upper paper tray feed to new name (8.5x6)
4. Good luck

Setting of new paper size from epson lx-300 +II

your solution works fine with me, but the problem is i can't able to save the settings on the printer. so everytime i need to print on that given custom sized paper type, i need to manualy select it from advance tab on printer properties before i have a good print-out..
